Who We Are
A workforce-driven logistics and construction company that trains CDL drivers and skilled trades workers to build government-funded modular housing for vulnerable communities—powered by a closed-loop, self-sustaining economic model.
What We Do
We recruit, train, certify, employ, and house people by turning CDL training, construction apprenticeships, and modular pod-building contracts into a unified system that reduces homelessness while strengthening America’s logistics and construction workforce.
What We Do
Trucking companies across America face the same shortage year after year—not because people don’t want to drive, but because the industry has forgotten what drivers truly need. We’re here to change that.
At Bohuminsky Logistics & Construction Corp, our founders combine German precision and methodology with America’s most urgent workforce needs to reshape how a generation views the nation’s most essential industry.
We train both young and older men and women to become professional drivers—and when they join us, they don’t just earn a job, they gain a family. We provide stable housing, structured support, financial guidance, education, and community, eliminating the instability that causes driver loss and burnout nationwide.
But we’re not stopping at logistics. We’re innovating America’s construction and housing future by training the best workforce in the country—builders, electricians, HVAC specialists, carpenters, and solar technicians—who complete projects on time and done right.
We believe the people who keep America moving deserve a home, a career, and a future they can be proud of.
This is more than a program.
This is a movement to rebuild the workforce America needs.
1. We Train America’s Next Generation of Drivers & Builders
We provide industry-leading training in two of the most essential, high-demand careers in the United States:
Commercial truck driving (CDL certification) and
skilled construction trades including electrical, HVAC, carpentry, solar installation, and framing.
Applicants receive hands-on instruction from licensed experts, real working hours, modern equipment, and a direct path into careers that pay well, hire immediately, and strengthen the nation’s infrastructure.
Investors gain exposure to a workforce sector with national shortages and guaranteed demand.
2. We Build Modular Housing That Creates Stability & Opportunity
Our trainees work alongside certified professionals to build modular homes and transitional housing pods—real projects that provide shelter for vulnerable populations and affordable, scalable housing for communities.
This unique model solves two problems at once:
trains skilled workersCreates dignified housing built by the very people earning a second chance
Applicants gain trade experience while building the homes that uplift their communities.
Investors support a construction pipeline funded by government contracts, workforce grants, and city partnerships.
3. We Create Careers, Housing, and a Future That Works
Bohuminsky Logistics & Construction isn’t just a training center—it's a closed-loop workforce engine.
We train people → certify them → provide housing stability → place them into high-demand jobs.
This ecosystem gives applicants a clear path from uncertainty to stability, from training to employment, from homelessness risk to a permanent career.
For investors and partners, it delivers measurable impact, scalable growth, and long-term sustainability in industries America needs most: logistics, construction, and housing.
