He works closely with department leaders to evaluate training expenses, facility needs, modular housing production budgets, and workforce program funding streams to ensure all spending aligns with organizational goals.
He is responsible for forecasting revenue across tuition channels, workforce grants, CDL training contracts, modular housing development, and employer placement partnerships. Simon provides the financial insight that allows the company to expand responsibly while maximizing impact.
